WORKING EXPERIENCE-DRIVEN
KFU SUMMER CONFERENCE 2009
At this year’s kfu summer conference we actively concerned ourselves with the topic experience-driven learning and working. The attendees of the exercise “passing the acidic river” participated with commitment, creativity and fun under the guidance of Mathias Zelt.
This as well as other exercises (which are sometimes more, sometimes less physically demanding) are successfully being used by us in team building activities, conflict solving- and creativity workshops, single and group coaching's, communication-, management- and distribution seminars and other settings as an assistance in reaching desired goals.
Various activities can be carried out in both indoor- as well as in outdoor settings.
Experience-driven working allows for all involved parties to picture as well as comprehend current or future processes, strategic measures, existing conflict situations, the communicational and reactive behavior of both individuals and teams as well as desired target orientations. Essential solutions are hereby being compiled in a target-oriented manner through an intense and structured reflection by the group of participants and eventually further required measures are determined.
In case you are interested in these topics, our kfu-partner Mathias Zelt will gladly be available for you!
